VIP Tickets but nobody knows where VIPs must go

We booked on MSC Musica (RSG Oppi Water) departing 22 March 2025. Our experience has not been without challenges. We paid extra for VIP Area access on Dek 15 - but alas there is nothing on Dek 15 and MSC Staff know nothing. They directed us to Crystal Lounge but that is used for shows.
