Terrible Experience

I had a terrible experience with RST Shower Head. All I did was inquire about the availability of their product. I was told that they were out of stock and that I would be put on a waiting list, which was fine. However, when I asked about the estimated time of arrival (ETA), they refused to answer any of my questions and became incredibly rude. To my shock, I was even called a "brainless idiot."

The customer service is unprofessional, rude, and downright disgusting. I do not recommend RST Shower Head to anyone looking for a respectful and courteous experience.
