RTC Rentals Alberante Village - Bad estate to stay at.

I stayed in Alberante Village and had a horrific experience as a tenant. The rate of crime there is traumatising where cars get ******. The estate is not kids & family friendly and the guy that manages the place is disrespectful, arrogant and not qualified to do his job. There has been many complaints about him however nothing is being done to educate his about humanity.

I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Even if you are desperate find other places. The old white people that stay are rude and not accommodating.

They will find every reason to not pay your deposit back.
