DO NOT< I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT WITH THIS LANDLORD. You will forever regret it. Their geysers and fire hoses are *******ly connected. If the geyser bursts or the fire hose, people will die in this complex. They keep threatening tenants or the ones they want out. They get their maintenance manager to check up on tenants and take pics of tenants without their permission. They even tried to cut down a burglar gate of 1 of my Neighbours while he, his wife and little baby was in the house. They wanted to drag them out. They switch off your lights for months on end if you tell them anything they dont like.
