I ordered paint online on 26 February 2026 and paid for the paint from Rubber Sealant. Since then I tried to contact Rubber Sealant 5 times on two cellphone numbers that appear on the invoice. They did not answer their phones nor did they return my call. I then sent the invoice to their Paarl branch and Gauteng via whatsapp and request a delivery date. Nobody came back to me. I sent an email today to request the same, but needless to say - nobody came back to me. It is absolutely shocking. I never had such bad service from any company ever in my life - and I am a pensioner.

This company is affiliated with Zane Sauer. He has the habit delivering very bad workmanship and not honouring his guarantee. Be very careful before dealing with this individual. He caused me more than R100 000 in damages.

Zane Sauer, previously from Spraypaint SA is at it again. This time he deal under the name Rubber Sealant Pretoria. Their shop in located at Shop 2 Moreletta Square in 934 Rubenstein drive. He dilutes his sealants and cause thousants of rands in damage. When people confront him, he change the name of the business and change his numbers.

Please read this whole Review before using this company. Original posted Review. I'm absolutely exhausted trying to deal with this company. We got work done from them 3 years ago, to which the leak was still there. apon contacting you 3 years ago with the leak that was still there. You also took so long to get back to me. We wrote a review and you sent someone out and also said it wasnt the rubber sealant that there was a issue with the ridging of my roof and I believed you and got it fixed Ive been adding so much money to roof maintenance and the only place that keeps leaking is the job you did. Just by the way, the reason my review is no longer on google is because the company offered me a 25l free rubber sealant to remove, the review. Not proud that i took it as i believed what they had told me that it wasn't there job and product, and i needed to do more roof maintenance. Which I did. I believe that is why there reviews are so good as this is what happened to me.We have gotten so much water coming in that the ceiling boards have now rotted, and mold is growig from the damp. We contacted you in October after the first rainfall, and just to get someone out to come have a look was like drawing water from a rock. Eventually 2 weeks ago a employee came out and climbed onto the roof, the workman ship that he saw on the roof was so bad that he said it wasn't rubber sealant that did that job we showed him the invoice and he said well they did a terrible job and explained to us what they should have done,he also stipulated that steps where missed as the roof is wood and not concrete as stipulated in the rejection letter.after that no communication was given we followed up constantly and then FINALLY yesterday we get told basically it's not in their hands. It was apparently "damning," which was surprising for them to make this accusation from a tiny puddle on the roof due to it physically raining the day before and the morning of the employee coming out. "Not maintained roof" surprised that a picture of my gutters where taken as i think there would have been alot more water on the roof if there wasn't anywhere for the water to go.1 palm leaf being on there, again when it rains and is windy this will happen the fact that it was the only leaf on there and you come to the conclusion that it's not maintained is comical. Seems that this company would find any minor reason not to hold their guarantee, so don't bother going through this company if you think their 15-year guarantee is a good selling point cause it's futile. To save you your time, patience, sanity, and money, I highly recommend that you think twice before going through this company Updated on my review as the original was removed and reported. This is what the manager or Business owner sent to hello petter on reporting my review 'I spoke to the client and our employee and as I read this review, I found that there are a lot of inconsistencies. The client seems to be adding extra or false information to make his complaint look more legit but half of the info doesn't add up to what he told me and what our employee that did the inspection told us. The employee did say that some application steps weren't followed and our own team won't seek shortcuts during application of the product. So the invoice might be real but as I mentioned, it's not to say that the client paid and used our service for the roof. He did use our product but I am doubting that we supp**** him with the service.' Please note that nothing I have said or done has changed. I told the company what the issue was never once adding extra stuff to it. The manager or owner talks of inconsistency in my review. Yet what written in my review hasn't changed. The only person with inconsistency is what the manger or owner has to say. Firstly the manager or owner has never contacted me even apon my request. A rejection was sent to me claiming maintenance to be the issue. Yet in the reported review they are now saying that they don't believe they provide me with the service. I do have the invoice as well as all the emails and POPs sent to your accounts department. All that you have said in your statement above is untrue and if you actually took the time to call me and investigate further. I would have provide you with all the proof you needed. You have proven to be a very ************* company and I advise any looking at using this company. To be careful. As they will find any excuse not to honor there guarantee.

<div>I recently had a frustrating experience with Rubber Sealant Bredasdorp. I purchased a product and received incorrect advice, which rendered the product unsuitable for my needs. I had relied on the staff's expertise to guide my purchase, but I'm now left with a product that doesn't serve its intended purpose. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and has been a waste of time and money. What's worse is that the “Operational Manger” doesn’t take responsibility for their incorrect advice. If you're considering doing business with them, it's important to take this into consideration.</div>
