Appalling Service Non existent warranty.

I had Perrin come fix leaks and re-seal my flat roof, (R30k)6 months later my roof was leaking in places it never leaked before, I notified him in October, he delayed until January when I purchased another R16k worth of product. 3 months later the rubber solution pulled up all the old torch on and it was leaking everywhere. Perrin has now cost me a further R240k with another company to redo the entire roof. His 10 year warranty is non existent as is his after sales service. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with Perrin ONeill. The company that redid my roof (Atlas roofing ) found no roten roof boards, as Perrin claims simply that he did not apply the product thick enough or paint it with a reflective paint afterwards causing his product to tear away the torch on below causing my roof to leak along every seam. His workmanship is shoddy and will use every excuse to not fulfill his said 10 year warranty.
