Terrible service, unreliable, no warranty.

Perrin from Rubber solutions/sealant for roof sealant is not to be recommended. I paid 38k to have my roof sealed, was told I had a 10 year warranty, less than a year later it was leaking again and the product peeling off, after months of begging, calling and promises from him, he said he had no money, but promised if I purchased more product (20k) he would pay me back as he was waiting for 100k from another job. Needless to say, it’s been 4 months, blocked my calls, basically told me to get lost, this cost me replacing damaged ceilings, repaint ceilings again. Hopefully the product has been app**** properly this time and will last. He comes across well, but do not trust this man and more importantly do not pay him, he is a **** and a *****!
