Unprofessional and RUDE

Our company needed to arrange for old insulation to be removed from site and being a big company and as per the customers request we asked for the company to supply us with a certificate or some sort of proof that the rubbish would be disposed of in the correct manner at a dump and not just dumped anywhere. <br> <br> We also asked for a discount as they charge R900 a load and we were going to do +-6 loads every week for about a month.<br> <br> Well...I received a phone call from the ''call center'' Her name is Hellen who was extremely RUDE she started yelling saying who do I think I am and started to swear at me, asking how I can ask for a discount do I think im working with Indians? This women was calling me every name under the sun and I found it very inappropriate and unprofessional and extremely RUDE!!!!<br> <br> <br>
