Reneging on promise! Head Office agreed to a refund! Local franchisee refuses to follow through. Who is running the brand! Bad attitude & poor service from franchisee. I paid the full year amount upfront R 1 512.00 It turned out to be a "mickey mouse" type operation with the trainer not always in attendance, pathetic warm-up exercise routine, "holier than though" attitude and hardly a "scientific assessment of my fitness level" as per the website. This was far from the "we believe in giving our members an exceptional experience" promise!
Everything was about taking the money and hanging onto it.
Whatsapp group communication consisted of slavish fawning about the coach and his impressive abilities. Absolutely sickening!
Reaction to my refund query was swift - ejecting me from the team whatsapp group and blocking me on general whatsapp. How does this infantile behaviour align with the RWFL mission statement of "we believe in respect, honesty and integrity."
The only effective communication channel open was with RWFL HQ where it was concluded that reasonably so, grounds were sufficient for a refund.
To date, nothing has been forthcoming from the franchisee. So much for the RWFL grand mission statement when a mercenary local franchisee is allowed to trash a whole brand all for the sake of a pittance!
