Beware before you use Rush to book your collections.
We used them & the parcel was collected by The Courier guy. A week later I was informed that they lost the parcel - I should please send them an invoice to submit a claim for a refund. I sent the documents on the same day.
It's now a month later and I still have not received a refund so my client is still waiting for his order (It was quite an expensive item which needs to be manufactured again), which is giving my business a bad reputation.
I have followed up numerous times, but all that Rush Couriers say is thay they are waiting for feedback from The Courier Guy (When I eventually get hold of them as they like ignoring emails).
I eventually got feedback from The Courier guy that they paid the refund to Rush 2 weeks ago already.
I am taking this case further as this is theft!
