Racism
Owners father a racist of note! On my 1st visit there this year, he walked right pass me to greet all the whites i was sitting with wishing them a good year ahead, only to come back to me to wish me 20 wives and lots of kids and said they(whites) need more workers. And bare in mind that i visit there every week for the past years

- freakin 1 star... Management and owner ship do not know what they are doing. Their bed and breakfast is dirty and unsafe, they have absolutely no regard for covid 19 or the spreak thereof. They have no worrie about the safety or respect of their customers regarding the entrainment they hire and themselves. There is no social distance and management likes to feel young girl up and act innocent while using drugs also while they are engaged to another female who isn't part of management but disrepects customers. Allowing kids under 18 inside the bar but kicking other people out that has kids with disorders outside, this is only a family establishment if youhave something to offer ie drugs

Terrible kitchen service
Terrible experience! We went here for mothers day. Arrived at 12 and ordered starters which arrived at 1.30pm. Since it already took long we proceeded to order our mains which were not ready by 3pm. The kitchen was apparently so busy and would be expected to wait a further 2 hours. We asked them to cancel the order and paid the bill and went to Clearwater mall for a much better experience!

Terrible
Terrible experience will never go here again infact i will rather dedicate an hour everyday on social media eveeyday telling people to avoid this place it was a nice but since the last time the lockdown liquor ban was liftwd placed turned i to a ****hole owner not much better.

Ricardo, manager and Innocent the waitron always make my time enjoyable. A haven for single ladies! Famous for fabulous live music and the BEST karaoke in the land. Try their muscle starter - you won’t be disappointed.

Rusty Hook pethetic service !!!
We got married on 29 September 2018, one full month before the wedding I phoned Rusty Hook to book a room for my soon to be husband with his groomsmen to get ready in and for the photographer and videographer to take photos while they getting ready there , and also for my parents to then stay over there the night of the wedding ! I then explained to them how important it is for us to have the room and asked them several times can I pay a deposit to ensure that the room is available whereby they replied and said no need they dont work ok deposits we can just come on the day and pay they have it written in the book everything will be fine. Afterwards I phoned every week to confirm that the room is still available and they confirmed everytime (4 times ) that it is available! Finaly when my husband arrived on the day of our wedding at the room they were so confused and kept him waiting for an half an hour ! 2 hours before we had to get married by only then came to tell him sorry they made a mistake with a double booking and they cant help him ! I feel that it is absolutely unacceptable and poor pethetic service ! He had to make a quick plan to get a room to get dressed in the photographer and videographer who we had to pay for travel and petrol was waiting there and had to go to anothet venue and we had to rush to get another venue within an hour and a half before we are getting married ! I am toatally disgusted in the service received from rusty hook and I feel it is pethetic to have that stress just a few hours before you are getting married ! The excuse was a “Natasia “ wich was me and a “sasha” which Was the other person booked and they got confused! I feel it is totally totally unacceptable !!!
