If you want to waste you time and run after a place to get service this is the place for you. I had my service done through my warranty in 2024... The notified me about a fault and I requested a quote. They then ignored my messages to provide the quote after multiple phone calls, emails and whatsapp messages. I prefer my car to be serviced and worked on by one place. So this year I tried to start this process again of getting the quotes for the service and repairs. On morning of 17 April I called in spoke to Dillon and asked him to send a quote. At about 3pm I send him an whatsapp to follow up. It is now 24 April with no response from them... even after they did the exact same thing in 2024. Stay away as they are not very responsive to customers... They expect you as a customers to jumps through hoops to get service, you must be thankful to them for something you want to pay for. I called Holloway's workshop and my car is booked in and all is sorted. It is disrespectful and distasteful to make customers run after you for a service we pay for... can only imagine if anything goes wrong how you would be accountable. I think there workmanship is good but I prefer good customer service and workmanship.

I found their details on a community page with many great referrals. I took my car in for a major service and to look into an idling issue. They identified the problem, went the extra mile, and always kept me in the loop. Great service and Dyllin is just such a pleasure to deal with.

After having some bad experiences in the past I decided to go to Rpm/Stealth to have some work done on my vehicle, and I can say without a doubt that my car is much more enjoyable to drive. Thanks to Ryan and the team for the work done as well as the advice and driving tips, much appreciated.

Brought in our Volvo V70 T5 for irregular idling and a geartronic issue where the manual mode did not engage. I had a chat with Ryan and he is very knowledgeable. They ran diagnostics and pressure tests to diagnose the idling problem. They found the source of the problem which was a worn out vacuum pipe and replaced it. They did not just clean the fuel throttle body as other workshops would have done. They went the extra mile to resolve the main cause of the problem. Regarding the geartronic issue, instead of replacing the whole lever they added the faulty part which was a pin that broke off. They are honest and do thorough research to ensure they don't do unnecessary work on the vehicle but sort out the problems. Their labour costs are competitive, do not charge for unnecessary parts, and they are professional and take pride in their work.

Very bad service! On Monday our car would have been there for 5 weeks now. They told us to bring the car in and they cannot do what we need done. Now everyday they have some excuse as to why the car is not done. They told us to bring our spear key on mtuesday as the key now apparently needs to be recorded and they were waiting for someone to come do it as the car won't even start now. Today, Friday they are still telling my husband that they are waiting for the man to come record the key. My husband paid them in full 3 weeks ago and they can't even do what we paid them for so we are still waiting on our refund and the car. They have no sense of urgency. Only go here if you are willing to be without a car indefinitely
