EXCELLENT SERVICE

Recently I sc****d the front bumper of my car and my Insurance Brokers gave me names of 3 or 4 places to go to for a quote. I chose Ryans Autobody Repairs and took my car for a quote. Whilst the gentleman was checking the car I asked him if he would touch up the one or two 'spots' on the vehicle which he happily agreed to. I received prompt attention and as the quote was so reasonable I decided to pay for the repair myself. As I had just had a procedure on my knee when my car was due to go in, I phoned to change the date but Malcolm told me that he would send a driver to fetch the car, fantastic. Two very nice gentleman arrived and took my car in, I should add I actually stay quite close to this business. I was told that it would take about 3 days, and sure enough on the third day I received a phone call to say that my car was ready, but I was still not allowed to drive. No problem we will have your car brought to you, which they did. I of course paid & sent proof before the car was delivered, with the help of Merle on the front desk who was very kind and helpful. It was just wonderful, stress free service, which I haven't found in the business world recently. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ryan's Autobody Repairs and would recommend them without hesitation.
