Poor and uninformed , *********** staff
I have had the worst service with this company in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay. There was poor communication. I had to message to check up ever time. They say they will get back to me. Days later they get back and then they found another fault. We specified the problem when we took it in. 3 weeks later the initial Problem was looked at after 7000 invoiced already. Every week there was a different diagnosis. I have been laughed at, ignored for days on end and They replace parts without my consent . Charged me R800 petrol ( did they drive to Cape Town). Very poor service for a mechanic I’ve been supporting and trusted for 4years. And I’ve had to wait 2 months . I was told That the holiday makers are keeping them Busy. that is why I gave my car in on 9 December before the holiday season, yet it’s the 10 February and I still don’t have my car. This is not the first time they have made a fool of me in the four years. But certainly The last . I have reported this matter to the RMI with supporting evidence . It’s not right that a paying customer be treated like this when I have spent more than R 50 000 at this establishment on repairs to various vehicles . A previous vehicle that was sprayed by them I had to take back as there were bubbles on the spray job( no pride in work or it wouldn’t have been given back like this). I also waited almost 4 weeks and it was just a side panel and door that had sc****s on . I was charged to fix the mirror but when collected told me he scared it will break and it’s expensive. No money was deducted . There is a lot of dishonesty going on here . I had another vehicle taken to them, they said gearbox needed to come out etc, and quoted me 15 000. I took it to another mechanic and paid 2500. The car is still working till today so it was milking the situation because I’m a woman alone . Till this far and no More

Incredibly bad service
I have had a very bad experience with this company in Voorbaai, Mossel Bay. They were not honest with me over the phone, they took forever to make a diagnosis, did unauthorised work and then quoted me exorbitant prices on parts that I didn't need. I will never, ever use their "services" again.
