Phenomenal. Absolutely Phenomenal. We approached Nadine from SA Adventure to facilitate our company's year-end function and what a year-end it was! Nadine took so much stress off of our shoulders and completely took charge of the logistics and made sure that every person, however diverse, was catered for and accommodated. We had a fun-filled day in the Hennops River Valley and our staff members had no negative feedback at all. Some staff members have even elected to contact SA Adventure for personal bookings as well because of the positive experience. All I can say is THANK YOU to the SA Adventure Team for making the event one of the most memorable our company has ever had! I recommend them for corporate and private bookings any time!

Eastern Cape mountain passes was advertised for August . I paid the R 12000 in full and never received feedback till I requested confirmation the deposit. Then the trip was so called postponed to 9 - 13 November. I send request on WA and email only to be informed that the details will be forwarded two weeks prior to the trip. Still waiting and Tim Skelton do not answer phone calls to 083 413 4466. Should be Skeleton

I’m beginning to think that SA Adventure is all a big **** as I think I’ve shown more than patience and my patience is running out. I made a booking and payment online to do your 4x4 training course on the 24th April 2023. You were unable to do it at the time as you claimed you had bronchitis and you canceled our booking saying you would be in contact with me. I did not hear from you and I was unable to find any suitable dates going forward. Subsequently I requested a refund on the 30th July. I have sent countless emails, messages and made phone calls. All the WhatsApp numbers I was contacting Tim on have know got suspicious looking characters as their profile pictures. The latest messages I have sent have gone unanswered. I would stay well away from this company they have no business ethics at all.

About 2 weeks ago I joined SA ADVENTURE for an amazing 4 x 4 experience. It exceeded all my expectations. Tim and Ole our guides were well experienced and most helpful at all times. Accommodation was well selected and comfortable...mostly farm stays. I would not hesitate in recommending SA ADVENTURE to anyone looking for an exciting adrenaline rushing 4 x 4 tour.

I recently attended SA Adventure’s Karoo trip which was a 6 day motorcycle ride through various parts of the Karoo. Every time I flew over the Karoo on the way to Cape Town I looked longingly at the dirt roads going somewhere and it has been my dream to do some of these routes by motorcycle. The problem has always been where to start, and what to do in an emergency. Tim has c****ographed his route to obtain maximum dirt road riding with incredible scenery on the way. I just could not believe the scenery as we went from one unknown town (to me) to another. There were quirky stops along the way for coffee and cake and lunch stops too. One place served the best espresso I have ever had. We went through a number of memorable passes including Swartberg and Baviaanskloof. Throughout the trip, there was always a backup vehicle and one of Tim’s rider assistants behind one. The pace was never hurried and it was encouraged to stop and take memorable photographs. A satellite phone and trained medic is always on hand as well as the teams ability to fix punctures and even change tyres on route. This seemed like a luxury at first until 4 punctures were mended and a rider received a new tyre. The accommodation along the route was of a high standard, as were the meals. I had one night where my accommodation was disappointing ( I paid a single supplement). Others in the same accommodation had no complaints so I was just unlucky. Tim tells everyone at the start of the tour that if there are any room complaints to please inform him. I was too tired and lazy so that is probably my fault. The other riders on the trip were excellent company and were a big part of making this a memorable experience. Full marks to Tim and his team for the trip of a lifetime.

I have been on off-road bike training and 2 off-road bike tours with SA Adventure, the most recent being their Karoo 2 - 7 day tour last week. This is a MUST DO trip for any avid adventure biker. I cannot emphasise how amazing this trip was from all aspects. The route took us into the Eastern Cape, through the Baviaanskloof over Swartberg Pass into Die Hel (optional), and beyond into the greater but less travelled places in the Karoo. The riding and scenery was spectacular and SA Adventure's attention to details, route planning, preparation, safety and comfort went beyond my expectations. There is a lot goes on behind the scenes on these trips which most will not appreciate or see but as a single woman (and the only woman on this tour) I noticed and I did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point. There is back up vehicle and trailer support , there is medical support, there is mechanical support and navigational support. Tim has so much experience and knowledge - I would not want to go on any other trips with any other guide to be honest. Help, if needed, is never far away. You cannot put a value on this and I could therefore relax and stop whenever I felt like it without any pressure or rush. It is one of the most memorable trips I have been on . Thank You Tim and Team.
