SA Broking are *******
We have an insurance policy with these people for over 2 years and have been paying diligently. Our broker is Abel Modise and he deals With Dorion at SalA Brokers. We submitted a claim on Monday 12/06/2023 and has been given the run around I was referred to Deshan at Guardian Angels who took over the policies as SA BROKING could not handle the capacity. deshan advised that we don't have a policy loaded with them. Dorion and Abel was supposed to get back to me but now Dorion is on leave as per his out of office. We need this money and we paid for it over the years can someone please help as this is day light ******* I have bank statements to proof the debit order to SA Broking went off every month. Who has to payout our claim? Service received from SA BROKING thus far is pathetic, unprofessional and shady. This is ********* for them to take our money promise to deliver a service but when the service is needed they now go on leave and leave you the consumer destitute. SA BROKERS never send us any form of notification that they are moving our policy to a different undertaking.
