Disorganized and Unprofessional

The interview process with this company was disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish.

The process started off well, with clear communication about the role and its requirements. We agreed on a time for me to meet the team, showing initial promise. Shortly after, they claimed financial approval for the role wasn’t in place, abruptly halting the process. A month later, they reached out to resume the hiring process, despite the earlier withdrawal. We settled on a start date, suggesting the process was back on track. Shockingly, a day before I was due to travel to their offices, they withdrew the offer entirely, leaving me in an extremely inconvenient and frustrating position.

This chaotic series of events reflects the company’s professionalism, organization, and respect for candidates' time and trust.
