I called them again on the second service, still I was not assisted. Now the car has a fault and I'm searching for assistance from the and they are still ignoring me. Upon purchase they told me they will service the car for me for the first three years or 100 000 kilometers. They are not doing what they had told me upon purchase. Upon second call they told me that the car is no longer under their service plan because the new polo's are included and not mine because it's not a tsi. May someone please help me with this regard.</div>
