SA Credit Assessors :( POOR!

Poor service from SA Credit Assessors. I have been under debt review since 2020, they were quick and responsive at first, but once you sign up with them, they ghost you. when you call all their consultants are either on lunch or unavailable and they will get someone to call you back. weeks go by without anyone contacting you. My financial situation has changed and I am no longer over indebted and now I am stuck under debt review. Poor service delivery and would not advise anyone to go under debt review, know what your options are. Some of my service providers did not agree to the terms and conditions of SA Credit Assessors and SA Credit Assessors failed to inform me.
