Bad customer service after food poisoning led to hospital

on 13 January I ended in hospital after eating nothing else than prepared foods from Checkers van der Lingen Paarl, and left with hospital ER, pharmacy and pathologists bills.

I supplied all the info the lawyers asked for - but to no prevail, more than a month later I still have had no resolvement, no communication and I feel as a loyal daily customer at Checkers that they are trying to stall it so I would give up / getting the lawyers to prove me wrong, even after the ER doctor wrote a note stating it was food poisoning.

Terrible service, happy to take my money daily but won't stand in for their mistakes and rectify it.
