SOUTH AFRICAN DEBT COUNCELLING

I applied for Debt Review 21st July 2019. Had to deposit R22000 on the 27th July 2019 wich I did via stop order signed. That was without them even being to court. They promised to pay my bond and car that is pawned and to advise my creditors. They never did this. I'm now in arrears on my bond and Sun Finance want my car until I paid the full amount of R20600. Now I battle to have it cancelled. I also refuse to pay the cancellation fee as I requested them not to proceed with the request. I feel they are liable to pay my car and bond. Not with my money, but from their account. My request was telephonically the 27th, and via whatsup. I also reported them to the NDC and my lawyer from Clienetel is negotiating with them.
