Sheild Express Paim Court Damages car and refuses to help with repairs.

Used your car wash at Palm court today where they broke my internal rear view mirror. Staff and manager on site could not fix it so I spoke to the owner. He told me to take the car to Audi with no mention of who was gong to pay for the repairs. He then proceeded to block my number on hid phone. Called the area manger of shield - Heinnie Mouton - who said he couldn't help me, he ended the call and did not answer further attempts to speak to him. Disgusting manners from the owner and area manager who both give your company a very bad image and reputation.
