So ****ed with the R869 flowers my husband brought for me for my bday....the flowers are wilted, mistakes on a hand written message card. My husband ordered these flowers online from overseas....I am ****ed and frustrated....retail outlets like Woolies and Spar sell better bouquets than Netflorist.

SA Florist or Bloomable promised delivery on the 11th May prior to Mothers' day. They then called after 5pm to request delivery to be made on the 12th May as they were running late. On the 12th May, neither can i get hold of anyone at the office/admin or the person who called. Well Mothers day is almost over so they can keep their stupid flowers. How can you have a contact number that only works during weekdays but you deliver afterhours with no contact information???? Rather do Netflorist who are more reliable.

They ruined my surprise for valentines for not delivering, not even a call or email to let me know what the hold up is with regards to the delivery, very very horrible service!!!!!!

Hi CAN YOU PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO NOT SPOIL A DELIVERY SURPRISE!! The guys literally called my girlfriend and told her he had a flower delivery for her!! Seriously!!! Thanks for spoiling it for me! Will never use your services again!!!!

I ordered something for my mother in law for delivery today. I paid R450 for one little flower but upon checking the status of my order this afternoon just after 17:00 the message on the website states their offices are closed. The number does not go through and my order status says expired but no invoice generated as you are only invoiced once the order is delivered. This was a Christmas present which is now not in time. I am very upset and will not be using this company again as they do not deliver on their commitments. I truly am very upset and disappointed.

Good day, Order: ********** I must say I am very disappointed with your service. On Friday, before placing an order for Flowers to be delivered in Durban, I called SA Florist at about 12:30 to find out if they can deliver the flowers on the same day, Ronelle from SA Florist confirmed that the delivery will be made before 16:30 to Durban. At about 16:00, I called again for track the order only to find out that the driver decided not to go make the delivery. I had to call the driver and he lied to me saying the recipient already left work. And when I checked the person that was supposed to receive the flowers was already in the office, she knocked off at 17:00. What I find shocking was that the driver personally called the recipient after business hours and spoiling the surprise and telling her that about the deliver that was supposed to be delivered at work. The driver made the arrangement with the recipient to deliver the flowers on Saturday at her home (This was not part of the arrangement). Now today its Tuesday and the person in Durban still has not received the flowers. I am so disappointed with service. Regards, Tebogo Mashigo
