Poorly handled situation

This place usually gives great service but recently ordered 10 000 A6 flyers and instead got 5000 A5 flyers. I find this unacceptable and when I tried to come to an amicable agreement I was confronted with the loss they would take not taking into account the loss delivered to us. It was very one sided and a 20% discount does not cover my loss. I feel that the offer I made to give me my missing 5000 flyers and that they can print their advertising on the back which would be delivered by our staff and again only interested in their loss. Pretty disappointing.
