gate motor from sa garage doors that does not work

On Saturday 12th September our gate motor stopped working. I did an internet search for a provider as the one we normally use was not available fo a week. SA Garage Doors came and quoted and we agreed to purchase and have the motor installed by them, same day. Their technicians arrived very late that afternoon and worked into the night to fit the motor. Since then we have not had 2 consecutive days that it has worked. Despite numerous phone calls and emails and being told they will come to fix the gate, no one arrives and the issue still has not been resolved. We even contacted the supplier of the motor and they too have never come to check out the motor. The supposed gurantee was for 3 months yes we cannot get this sorted
