If I could I would give a 0 star rating. Almost 10 years ago this company sold a package to us what I cancelled shortly after that, last week I received an email that we are over R22000 in arrears, I phoned them and Today one of the consultants phone me back to tell me that I still have a cancellation fee that I have to pay and that they spoke to me and my husband numerous of times ower the years witch is not true because we got new contract numbers about 9 years ago ( but in the same line this man telling me that they sent many letters of demand out to us with no luck, but I received an email last week ! My email didn't change ) and wen I'm ask for the phone recordings for when I phoned to cancel he told me that they don't have recordings going back so far. Keep away from this company, please.....they are not trust worthy. I will be contacting my lawyer.
