I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the manner in which SA Granite and Quartz handled my recent project. From the very beginning, the experience has been a series of disappointments that leave me questioning the company's commitment to quality work and customer service.
Poor Workmanship: The quality of the work completed falls far short of acceptable standards.
Lack of Supervision: The complete lack of supervision for your staff is evident in the careless execution of the project. This raises serious concerns about the overall competence of your workforce.
Disparity between Payment and Work: The amount I paid for the project in no way reflects the minimal amount of work actually completed. This is a blatant disregard for fair business practices.
Constant Delays: The project has been plagued by constant delays, causing significant disruption and inconvenience. There appears to be a complete lack of respect for deadlines and my time.
Unskilled Labor: The quality of work completed suggests that the project was handled by unskilled laborers. This is simply unacceptable for a company specializing in this field.
The entire experience has been a source of immense frustration and disappointment. The combination of these issues has resulted in a project that falls far below my expectations and leaves my home in an unfinished and unsatisfactory state.
I will be pursuing further action, which will include filing a formal complaint with the OMBUDSMAN and sharing my experience with online review platforms.
