Loan Choice thieves

Why are we not given the option to give no stars or better yet a similar icon for bad service. I have never taken a loan from loan choice. They have all my details from who knows where. The deducted money out of my account which I reversed and stopped. I am now getting threatening emails and messages that I will be blacklisted and have to go to court. Loan choice SA take your best shot you bunch of thieves. I will not pay you one cent. Ever. I never agreed to anything, I never signed anything and I never applied for any thing. You are a big fat scam who prey on people. You should be ashamed of yrselves. Surely there is someone who can put a stop to this.
