Sort out the BS happening outside your premises. From guys walking around with baseball bats, to a pregnant Pitbull tied up to road sign .... And save that BS that it's not your problem. This **** isn't in the area/road on flipping holiday

I asked my wife to phone SA Metals, the employers i worked for in that time to get an IRP5 of year 2014, as i didnt know about it being outstanding at SARS. She was put through to someone at HR, the lady was afrikaans speaking and very rude to my wife. Telling her we waited so long to ask for it, so we can wait for that IRP5 how long ever its going to take them. Please tell me how professional is that ? And is it exceptable to speak like that to anyone for that matter ? I think its a horrible human being, being that rude to anyone ! I will not stand for it, and defenately not leaving it there.

Extremely Poor Pathetic Service
SA Metal Group Elandsfontein , Catherine Reynolds delivers extremely poor and unprofessional service. I have sent through paperwork repeatedly that she has requested however she keeps losing. Her mannerism towards customers is pathetic.

fraudulent scales
I wanted to sell my scrap and found that their scales were tampered with. They give a higher scrap price to lure people to sell to them, but their scale is rigged. I actually tried to take a picture of my weight, I am a 5.7ft woman weighing 65+kilo and I weighed 35 kilos according to their scale. When I tried to take a photo of my weight the staff kept on jumping on to the scale to confuse the reading. It took me three attempts, and a lot of shouting to get a photo of my weight. This is, in my opinion, fraud and it needs to stop, so please everyone be careful and test their scales.
