Falsa advertising of FSH

I bought a car from S.A Motor Corp in Feb 2022. Elan the salesman brought the car to me and I took delivery. The aircon was on so I could not smell anything when I took it for a test drive. 2 days later I get a bad petrol smell in the car. Upon advising dealer it was found there was a seal that wasnt closed properly. advertised the car as FSH. After quering the FSH report not to mention its been a full year I still haven t received it. Been promised this for a whole year. Also I reported the towing mechanism was missing which they promised to sort out, A year later and this is still not done
