Extra loan added wrongfully

I would like just bridge to remove one account from my crdit profile which they added after I settled them the money I have never received. I called TransUnion they cannot help as the paid up letter that they gave the reference does not match. And called them several times and they dont want to help me, this is messing up my home application. Just bridge is a **** and they want to milk money out of the poor. Someone pls help its been a yr struggling with this pathetic company I paid concept recoveries
