lodge a complaint against Nurse registered under SANC No. 16501124, employed at Dischem the verge the nurse administered a wrong medical injection to a patient, which caused allergic reactions and distress. This shows negligence and failure to follow proper medication verification procedures. Additionally, the same nurse disclosed confidential patient information to employees violating the duty of confidentiality required by the Nursing Act and SANC’s professional standards. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken should misconduct be confirmed My husband is facing consistent surgeries due to infections of the injection

I have paid all necessary fees to start working as a registered nurse and also to seek employment. It's like they are deliberately delaying and I am not making any income whilst waiting for my name to be restored. I was told within 10 working days and it's long overdue. Please assist as I don't know how to take care of my kids without income.

For many times and for a long time now, the service from the SANC especially their communication and telephone etiquette leaves a lot to be desired. When calling, and if you are lucky enough to go through (because in most cases their auto teleman is repetitive) you are greeted by individuals that sound like answering their private phones. No professionalism whatsoever. Then there is a certain Mr Mbanjwa answering calls as if he is doing you a favor, temperamental and changing moods at will while on the call. If this was the first incident I would never have noticed but it has been happening many times I ended up asking if this is how he answers calls to everyone and everyday. I am really disapointed by such unprofessional behavior.

In 2023/2024 I paid my sanc registration fee in 2023 August 23. I was of the opinion that everything was okay until in July 2024 I was applying for another position and I was told that I was not registered with sanc. I made an enquiry and was told that I was removed due to none payment. This came as a shock because I have proof of payment. I was then told that because I paid R50 short on my registration, that was the reason for my deregistration. I then asked why was I not sent any form of communication to state the latter, and I was told that it was my responsibility to make sure that my fees were paid on time. I argued that my fees were paid two months before due date which gave the department ample time to notify me that I had short paid. however that call centre taker I dealt with was extremely addiment and frankly very rude , and told me to contact the CEO vide email to lodge a complaint. I requested the email address and was told that it is on the website. I told him that it is not on the sanc website and his says that is my problem. I called back the next day and asked for my refund of the fees that I did pay, and I was told yet again to contact the CEO to sort out the issue. I asked for the CEO's email address and was told again to check on the sanc website. It is not rocket science to just give the email address if you say that it is on the website. On the sanc regulations/terms and conditions it states that a person can be deregistered from sanc due to professional misconduct, if they do not pay their sanc fees by the 31st December preceding the new registration year or they can be deregistered if they request to be removed. I did fail to pay my fees although I was R50 short nor did I request to be removed. The regulations makes no mention on how to remedy short payment of fees.

I paid paid my SANC fees on 30/12. To find out early January that my name was removed. SANC confirm they received my money 02/01/2024. I then Had to pay R2340 for restoration on 15/01. Till today no feedback, after I send proof of payments. How can SANC ripp a healthcare worker so off that you have to pay x3 your annual fees to be restored. How many nurses died fighting against Covid and this is how SANC treat a nurse.
