First red flag! There is no Hr or any management... There was A supposed general manager that doesn't know what to do other than running around talking nonsense so of cause nothing was done. I had the most traumatizing experience there, I had to report to an old lady who most of the time required a diaper change work stood still because of this she was a drunk and verbally abusive and there was no one to report it too oh gosh it was a circus. All I learned there was that weird companies do exist, I felt sorry for the other staff as they too going through various types of abuse but can't report it to no one because the so called GM just throws her hands up in the air and says oh sort it out in the boardroom with each other! Be that as it may please if you applying for a PM Assistant position please be careful of applying there we were 4 different PMA'S in 1 year so that should tell you there's a racist elderly drunk lady who is the PM and works you out with her drama, absolutely no professionalism - BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS POSITION AT THIS COMPANY! UTTER WASTE OF TIME. I was one of the lucky ones to find a great job with proper procedures and professionals however as strong Woman we must stand up for one another and warn of such experiences.
