Query on Suspended cellno. 0631244955

On the begin of August. The lady from sales rewards call center. Called me and said she will offer a 60gb monthly data on my cellphone. And I will pay R149 premium monthly. But when I get monthly statements it was more than this !! Now my number of mtn sim is suspended . Closed!! This is totally unacceptable because this mtn number is my primary number and I use it for important things. The Lady mislead me. She called on mtn no. 0631244955 which is blocked by rewards!!
