STAY AWAY - Didn't meet Pickup Date - Refusing to refund
I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the service I received. My move was scheduled for 22 April from Johannesburg. When the truck failed to arrive and I called to ask for an update, I was casually informed they had a breakdown the night before—in Bloemfontein, of all places. No one had the decency to notify me ahead of time. I had to scramble to rearrange everything at the last minute, as I had a 6am flight the next day. We rescheduled for 24 April, and once again—just an hour before the scheduled time—I was told the truck still wasn’t repaired and they wouldn’t be collecting my belongings. Absolutely disgraceful. Ilze van Wyk then offered an “immediate refund” so I could arrange a local alternative. That, too, turned into a complete nightmare. Despite having paid via EFT in full well before the original collection date, I now had to jump through hoops just to get a refund form printed, filled out, and submitted. And when I followed up? I was told it would take 30 days to process. To make matters worse, their listed business phone number doesn’t even work anymore. It’s just another red flag that shows how unprofessional and unreliable this company truly is. This entire experience has been a mess from start to finish. They’ve wasted my time, thrown my plans into chaos, and are now holding onto my money with no accountability. I will never use this company again—and I strongly advise anyone else to steer clear. *************, disorganized, and completely out of touch with what real customer service looks like.

SA-Shareloads - AVOID!
We arranged a move via SA Shareloads and paid a 50% deposit some 6 weeks in advance. Despite numerous assurances that everything was on track, on the day of scheduled collection, they did not arrive. 6 times the call to the owner was not answered! Then followed the story as so many other complaints on the company have mentioned - "the truck broke down", etc. A refund form was suggested and sent, and we completed it and ... NADA!! No response, no calls answered.. they have just vanished! We will be following the legal route to recover our deposit. Shocking service!

Move to Kimberley
Shareloads Quoted on moving furniture to Kimberley . Paid them for the move. On the move date they did not collect the furniture. Eventually I asked for a refund. The refund details were supp**** early in January 2025. To date no refund - not answering calls nor responding to messages! Bad service indeed.

SA Shareloads not Delivering the goods - Failure to refund
Shareloads Quoted on moving furniture to Cape Town. Paid them for the move. On the move date they did not collect the furniture. Numerous delays and excuses followed. Nothing was moved and eventually they asked if they could refund us. The refund details were supp**** early in January 2025. To date no refund recd - not answering calls nor responding to messages!

Great team - Great value for Money - their shareload options are very affordable. Used them to wrap and transport antiques from Cape Town to Pretoria - Impressed and happy with the rate and service.

Be caseful
Be careful. I paid on 11 Dec 2024 for services and up to now 2 months later they did not refund my money as they keep having excuses about broken truck.

SA SHARELOADS ???? Is this a **** ????
I am still waiting for my refund I paid SA Shareloads on 15-Nov, but they kept coming up with excuses as to why they could not pick my stuff up I cancelled the pickup and Ilze promised to refund me on the 30th Jan 25 I see she has 5-star reviews which I am not sure if it is legit because I got nothing but excuses and no communication I was willing to compromise and wait longer but when she came up with excuse after excuse I felt ****med, but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt as of today I called her I sent her messages she is ignoring it....VERY VERY BAD Customer service.
