The virtual landlines for both my companies have been out of service for reasons not known or explained for almost a month now & they’ve stopped responding and the company is not picking up call on the numbers provided

My only issue with them is that the tech support is not great when your in rural ( Kathu,NC ) areas. I am not sure if they have technicians in main cities to assist clients. We have this service for about 2 years and for the most part it was fine. Now the last 3 months I am struggling a lot with the line quality. Were we will start using our cell phones to conduct business defeating the purpose of the line phones. I do get assistance when I call, but its always to just reboot or check internet quality etc. I wish they had people to come and assist when we have problems. I am fed-up on calling them and I am being asked to put it "off" and "on" again. Or to move my phone to our internet router to check if my other provider internet quality is better? Why do I have to sit with the problem if I am paying them the service contract agreement! The last 3 months my experience changed from it being fine and reliable to very bad in quality. Surly if we have logged a few calls and the problem persist they must ensure a technician to come out and check why???????????

SA Telecoms is a worst company to deal with, I signed up a contract with them in 2020 October, firstly my printer wasn't delivered on time after they promised it would be delivered a day before I open my business, 2. After printer delivered, we have been experiencing issues with printer connection, phone connection, etc when you call their technical dept, they are absolutely useless, they have no clue what they are talking about, they will waste time by making you do useless trouble shooting which does not help, I am 8 months into a contract, printer gears are faulty, SA telecoms staff is not getting back to us, including management of the company, This is absolutely the worst company to deal with. I would never ever give my business to them.

Stay very far away from SA Telecoms, i have a reseller option with them, i have active clients and active numbers with them, time and again my portal is blocked for access, i don't owe them any money at all, my clients suffer and causes me problems. Many excuses, can never provide new DID numbers to allocate to my clients. No reseller/agent support. They blocked access to my portal due to inactivity, but there is active numbers in the system in daily use, so what inactivity is there. Do i owe you any money? When did you notify me that access will be blocked? When did you communicate with me? What about my clients that has actual numbers and services on the portal, which i can not access now. Restore the access to the services immediately. After more than 2 years of being your client you come up with this nonsense, why did this "inactivity" issue never come up before?

Hi guys, I am running COMZ Structured Cabling Solutions, (check me out on FB). I have been dealing with SA Telecoms for more than 2yrs now. Initially, I purely focussed on cabling infrastructure, optics and cctv . I realised that in order for me to retain clients, I needed to offer full turnkey solutions, hence approaching SA Telecoms for voice solutions. I can honestly say that I am not disappointed. Eversince the day I entrusted voice solutions of my client base to SA Telecoms, my client base have grown more than 20%. These reviews lately I feel is a unscrupulous attempt of possible rival bad-mouthing SA Telecoms to obviously generate more business.
