Class action - I'll join

This man is an out and out thief. He stole in excess of 15,000ZAR from us. I will join any class action case against him that is going. I would suggest a group action with a debt collector might be useful. In spite of crying poor and promising repeatedly to pay - he is still stealing money from unsuspecting clients. I don't understand how an operator like this can get away with it repeatedly over such an extended period.
