Extremely happy customer
This is my second purchase from SA Reloader. I bought the wet tumbler about 4 years ago with no issues, earlier this year I bought the case prepper again with no issues, yesterday I made a mistake and damaged my outside chamfer tool, phoned uncle Ted and after explaining the issue and asking for a replacement he sent me one for free. Extremly happy with the build quality and after sales service received! 5 stars any day of the week!

Great service from SA Reloader
I bought a wet tumbler from SA Tumbler (SA Reloader) a few years ago and the unit worked a charm. It is a fantastic device that does a brilliant job. It is basically a cleaning tumbler for dirty cartridge cases. It uses water, soap and stainless steel pins in a rotating plastic container to clean the cases before reloading. I recently noticed that the cooling fan did not work and I contacted Edward Knowles at SA Reloader to purchase a replacement fan. He immediately send me a replacement fan free of charge and instructed me how to swop it out. The fan arrived the next day and the swop out was very easily accomplished. The tumbler is now working great again. Even though the guarantee had already expired, SA Tumbler replaced the fan immediately, at no cost to me. Great service and a fantastic product. I will definitely support them again if I require their products again.
