Immaculate and attractive gardens, well-equipped and spotless accommodation - Timeshare. Fantastic service from Sibongile, Allocations!! The Golf Shop is well equipped and organised with polite, friendly efficient staff. The Golf Pub is an excellent choice with large-screen TVs to watch sports and enjoy refreshments. Sadly though, eating at the Resort was not up to standard - the Buffet on offer was dismal, especially the "Prawn" and Chicken curry ! Items shown on the Menu were unavailable due to "no stock" ?? Beer on Tap, only Castle Lite available ???? Food and Bev Manager, get your act together please.

I have Sunswop/RCI timeshare. Booked and arrived after a 5 hour drive. No reservation. Show them a booking confirmation. I’m asked is the reservation under another name. Phoned Sunswop. They will sort it out. Get a call back, it’s sorted but they give me advice, maybe I must book earlier. Booking confirmation was done 2 days before check in. No apology, no explanation. Manager a Sabie - Sibongilie should receive hospitality training

As an older ly couple we booked at Sabi River Sun as from 22/09/2022- 24.On 23 at around 16h00 a large group off African Lady's booked 6 room's at the Sabi R Sun making a large amount of noise since 18h00 at around 21h00 I contact reception twice with NO answer, I also contact the kitchen staff from our room which answer the phone. To complain about the noise No one reacted, I got out of Bed walk to the front desk to find the the guy at reception on the phone. Eventually I got hold of another receptionist in a office room which was very rood to Me, She said the lady's has booked 6 rooms and they cannot chase them away. I. ask for the Manager which was also not helpful and offer to me Me to another level or to another Hotel at 21h30 which I declined, Is this the way Sabi River Sun Hazyview treat There customers 🫣🫣🫣

We have had timeshare at this resort for over 30 years and our guests with us at the time inadvertently left an expensive knife set in the dishwasher. I was kindly assisted by a lady house-keeper whose name I cannot recall and she agreed to keep them in safe-keeping until I could arrange collection. I have another guest going there next month who is able to collect them an return them to me - after sending an enquiry to ensure this is done, I received an e-mail telling me for the first time today, that after 3 months any items are DONATED!!! This is THEFT. Whatever belongs to somebody else is not automatically an entitlement to thieves. I am so furious and horrified!!!

i was booked at Sabie river sun from the 15/03/19 to 22/03/19 and i had 2 x 6 sleeper chalets both of them had huge cocoroaches all over even in the beds. i did complain to reception but nothing was done .they just sent a guy from pest control to put some poison which never worked. ants all over the chalet in the kettle,in the dustbins, even in our bread . we could not leave any food on the counters. it was a horrific experience and for a 5 star resort the chalets were not clean at all. The daily service lady was not cleaning at all. Very upsetting .. after paying R18000.00 for these 2 chalets and to have such an experience its pathetic. Sabie river sun is part of Tsogo sun and should not be rated as a 5 star resort. On the last night of our stay i had to resort to sleeping in my bus. i had no option the roaches were all over in the chalet.

Been to a number of Tsogo Sun Hotels and never have i experienced this ****. First thing, they tell us that there is no duvet inners and there is only covers with attitude. Drinking from broken glasses, to feeling that we are the only black guests in the premises... For a 2500 per night bill, my money gone to waste and time wasted
