It s with absolute dismay that I've received news from Linda, The manager at Sabria's restaurant that my booking that was made for my mother's 7oth birthday was cancelled due to another client walk in. from a business perspective the ethical thing would have been to phone us immediately and ask whether we were still taking the place. We received the information the next day. Linda was patronizing and smug in her comments. I was not aware of paying immediately as we had told her that we were confirming a guest list and would pay by this weekend.
