<p><br />Paid cash(swiped the card)</p> <p>I PAID R28500.00<br />Business Premises</p> <p><br />On December I took my bakkie to service at GWM Rustenburg and the bakkie was service with a minor service and the only bad report I was told about it was that I need to buy the injectors but otherwise the bakkie is excellent.Then I decided to pack the bakkie as I did not have money to buy them at that time.<br />On the 15 February 2017 I went to Klerksdorp to buy injectors, I went to Company called SAC Bakkies in Klerksdorp ,because their price was lesser than prices here in Rustenburg. I ordered the injectors from company called SAC Bakkies Klersdorp and was assisted by Deon, before i could order, I explained to him that I a m in urgent need of GWM Bakkie injectors and my bakkie is currently in Rustenburg and I will not be able to tour the bakkie to KLERSDORP, told him that I need them before Friday, he said no problem,he promised me I will received injectors on 17/02/2017. I explained to him that I need to take my bakkie to Witbank for business, I have received a business contract that side.so I needed them urgently. He agreed and promised me that he will not disappoint me.<br /> Then Friday came I did not receive them as he promised. I phoned asked him what is happening I am waiting for my injectors that I ordered from him and he told me to contact a guy named Morne and said I must ask him where currently is those injectors. I was disappointed when he told me he had not receive them and I should contact someone else. I phoned Morne,he told me that injectors are coming from Durban and will only receive them next week,Morne is also from Klerksdorp he told me when he receive them he will give them to Deon and Deon will send them to me in Rustenburg. <br /> On Monday morning I phoned Morne asked him did the injectors arrive and he said yes they arrived and Deon came to collect them. I waited in the morning for Deon to call me and tell me that injectors has arrived, but he did not call me. I then decided to call him during the day, Deon said to me that he received them 10 minutes ago. I said nothing about what Morne said in the morning when I spoke to him. Deon said, he will send them by courier .Then he send them and I received the injector on 20/02/2017. Then I asked a guy named Daniel he is working as Workshop Mechanic at the company he is working for more than 10-15 years. Daniel came with all necessary equipment to come and help me.The company he is working for only specialis with diesel car(injectors).When Daniel put them on my Gwm, the bakkie failed to start, then immediately while same day I phoned Deon and told him that I have put those injectors on my bakkie and the bakkie is not starting. Deon said nothing to my statement, and I asked him if he tested the injectors before he sent them by courier to check if there were working. He said no he did not test them.Then I told him that I will see what I can do but I will update him on every step that I will take to make sure that the bakkie is not starting. I asked Daniel to test diesel pump diesel and diesel but he found nothing wrong.Then I thought maybe the was another problem on my bakkie that was not discovered when I took the car for a service on December 2016.I phoned Deon and told him that I test diesel pump and diesel on the bakkie but nothing seems to be a problem, Deon said nothing he kept quite.I took the bakkie to G-WIZZ Electrical in Rustenburg to check electrical on the bakkie.The bakkie was fine.The guy who help me at G-WIZZ said I should take the car to Rustenburg GWM and I did take his advice and I phoned Deon explained everything to him he still said nothing to me or did not even advice me what to do.Rustenburg GWM said they do not know what is the problem with the bakkie. They could not identify the problem. They told.me the car is fine, as they cannot find any problem with the car. I again phoned Deon ,he said nothing, I told I will take out the injectors and test them.</p> <p>I took the injector to ADCO Rustenburg company for testing and it was found out that the injectors failed, they are not responding as new.it was on 02/03/2017.Then I asked for a printed result, as I need to show the company I bought the injectors from. I was given the print out.</p> <p>Then on the 03/03/2017 I filled my car with fuel went to klersdorp<br />returning the injectors, I spoke to Deon,he told me they will test them by next week and come back to me.On the 09/03/2017 Deon phoned me and told me that the he tested the injectors, they are fine.Then I asked him how come as I tested them and gave him a report from ADCO Rustenburg that shows that all four injectors failed.He did not give me an answer on my question,he said he will arrange that courier will come to collect my old injectors to check what was the problem on the injectors that made them not to work as I told them that nothing was wrong with my car and on the December 2016 I took my bakkie for service and Gwm reported to me that I need to buy new injectors otherwise the bakkie was fine.The old injector were collected on 16/03/2017.SInce I send them Deon never came back to me.Then I phoned SAC Bakkies klersdorp ,requested to speak to Deon's manager(Charl),I spoke to the manager,he said he will ask Deon as he was not aware of the incident and he will come back to me.Manager asked to give him a week he will come back to me,a week (from 20th-24th of March 2017) went by then Monday 27th I phoned him and asked for a feedback.He said he will come back to me same day and I waited for his call and he never phoned.the next day I phoned and asked the receptionist to speak to the manager,the guy on a reception told me that manager is currently out he went to Orkney I should leave my number he will call me back.The manager came back to me told me that he is waiting for his supplier and will come back to me the next day.The following day he did not phone,he text me sms saying(Hi Solly give me time waiting for supplier and will let you know before 16:00 today. He then text me again instead of calling me saying on the sms(Hi Solly,still for the test report on injectors will let you know as soon as I hear something.Then I phoned him the next day,asked requesting feedback.</p> <p>I explained to him that I have given them enough time to help me since I went to klersdorp on 03/03/2017 to give them injectors they should have tested then,otherwise if it is impossible for him to help me then he should give my money back.Then he told me he cannot give me my money back without a valid reason,i asked him if is he saying that the problem I am facing is not a valid reason,he did not answer(he made me feel that my case is not important to him,i paid the money to them expecting excellent service then this is how he treat me)I told him that I already lost money for February and march month on my business.i have been calling them and I went to klersdorp to drop the injector after I tested them and they failed).He said R30000.00 is a lot of money,he will not return it. I told him it is a lot of money as I am the one who paid it from my owm pocket and I am suppose to have made profit to recover what I paid for those injectors.He seemed to not care for what is happening to me as a client.I told him that I know my rights.when I bought a product from a service provider and not satisfied and I am titled to get my money back.He said no ,he will not give me my money back.</p> <p>On the 28th he phoned me asked to speak to the guy who helped me with injector,i gave him his number .After some time he text saying that the guy who helped me is not quilfied,you must tow the bakkie to klersdorp otherwise he will not help you.Then i phoned him,asked him how do you know that he is not quilified?He said he asked him questions and is not satisfied with the answers he received from him. I told him that I will take legal steps against him and he said I can do whatever I want do.</p> <p>Then I text him asked him to send my old injectors back to me and text my Rustenburg address.He responded saying he will send them.<br />He text me saying he will take the injectors I bought and returned to them ,he will take them to Pretoria for second opinion.</p> <p>I said nothing to him,as I feel that he is violating my customer rights.and at the moment I do not know where I stand with him.He is taking injectors only now for a second opinion.after such along wated time and money for me.He is not taking his business serious.I believe he should have taken them long time for that opinion.What I need and what is my funds back as he failed to help and treat me well as a client.</p> <p>When he tells me he will call me,he either text me or do not get back to me.Imean how does that suppose to make me feel.I do not feel that I will refer any business man I am connected to ,to do buy goods from them.I expected him to solve my case sooner but he seem to not sympathize with me.at some point I asked him to put himself on my shoes,he just told me that he understand but said nothing more he did not show a sense of urgency to my matter.</p> <p>I am not taking my bakkie to klersdorp as on the 15th of February 2016 I explained to Deon I am able to tow my bakkie to klersdrop.But Deon said nothing inregard to that statement.<br />The manager and his staff should do their job same,Deon must not say something while the manager is saying something else.</p> <p>All I want is money as I found injectors somewhere else.Deon and his manager gave me a bad service.I have other business and I wanted to buy more bakkies for my deliveries.When I was paying for injectors that day I told Deon that I am coming back to buy more product from them but they seem not to care</p>
