Do we really need this company (SACPCMP) ??? Utterly unprofessional entity from a so-called professional registration company, they do not provide any feedback, and your registration gets stuck for months, even though the check sheet says it will take 4 weeks to review. Phone calls and email do not work as they do not get back to you, the only reason why they are being used is because it's a requirement to have their certificate that is equal to a piece of toilet paper that has been written on. the way that they are handling my registration will leave me getting my certificate when I am on pension, hope it will be worth something at the old age home in 2036. I can't believe we as Professionals need to deal with such an UN-Professional counsel.

I have been in process of applying for sacpcmp since May. There are multiple steps you have to go through, and also with an estimation of how long each stage takes. Not a single stage has gone according to their estimation. After every estimated time, you have to send through multiple emails and calls before they can move you to the next step. They never just process the next step before you make a complain. And now this time i have sent so many emails i have lost hope. And my worry is the late response is now making me miss 2025 exam dates, when i was hoping if i didnt make it through i could do my rewrite before the year ends cause i know again you wait half a year to get your certificate after payment. This company is such a drag for it to be this compulsory. If we had anywhere else to do our certificates we would surely do them elsewhere

I find it extremely ironic that the the "Professional" body which is supposed to govern Project and Safety management for the entire country can not even answer an email or pick up a phone call. How do you get registered if nothing works?

Pathetic stakeholder management- yet this ought to be the council governing Project Managers. They are failing at managing communications. They are not helping the stigma already associated with Government entities. I app**** for a PrCPM designation - i got rejected. I have no issue with the rejection however my problem was the council not communicating the areas of concern. Basically 4 generic vague points about not demonstrating knowledge of being a PA or knowledge of running a project from stage 1 to 6. For the high fees we pay annually and for consideration ontop of that we deserve more than for sentences. To makes matters worse- you HAVE to pay for an appeal.

Absolutely a disgrace for a professional institute for construction. Very quick to threaten with deregistration if you do not pay them, but more than a month struggling to get an invoice out of them. Never answering the phones, if you get hold of them by miracle, they useless to anycase answer any questions telling you to follow back up the next day then no answers again to phones. Emails are even worst as absolutely no one knows how to reply on an email from their side. Taking the matter further with an attorney now.
