Poor service

My certificate expired i was registered as canCHSO ,ive been trying to do my new registration but am struggling they not helping i have sent an email to people who supposed to help no help its full two year trying to register and they know when you practice under construction you must register ,if its was private by now i will be register government employees don't take people serious .
