Safety Signs not Refunding me
Not happy with the service i received when i paid for an order online and cancelled the order the same day. Still struggling getting my money back even if i send them a Confirmation letter from Woolworths Financial Service stating i made the transaction. Order nr Q149561

Outstanding service and product quality
Spoke with Shannon and must say the service was amazing and prompt. The quality beats the price and working them is such a pleasure. At first was skeptical sińce we have not met as I am in DBN and the company in JHB but all is good and IP to standard. 5 star is too less of a rating. Outstanding Shannon is recommend her anytime.

Outstanding service and product quality
Spoke with Shannon and must say the service was amazing and prompt. The quality beats the price and working them is such a pleasure. At first was skeptical sińce we have not met as I am in DBN and the company in JHB but all is good and IP to standard. 5 star is too less of a rating. Outstanding Shannon is recommend her anytime.

The client means nothing!
I placed an online order. Received a "processing notification with order number & Banking details" Replied to the email that stated: Reply to this email with the proof of payment. Only after I called to confirm collection of courier, I was told no one attends that email. My order has not been received. BUT I have an Order number on email received from them and a proof of payment. When requesting a refund, I was told a R50 penalty will be deducted. That is what I call BS!

Safety Signs & Equipment Germiston_ POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCED!!!
Absolutely SHOCKING service experienced 3 x in a row from this company. NO staff is capable to do their work, arrogant, even the Managing Director KARLA has a attitude when speaking to their customers. Always to busy to assist, no feedback, COURIER services they use absolutely SHOCKING. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

Safety signs & equipment (Germiston)
I ordered a reflective safety board to be made for my trucking business. The company prepared the art work which I approved. I made the final payment in the hope that I will get my board within 24-48 hours as noted on the website and invoice. Somehow the waybill from the courier company (a popular one) stated to expect the delivery after about seven days-including weekends. I made a complaint to the Safety Signs & Equipment staff I had been in contact with. Unfortunately it was on Friday and so the consultant informed me that she will talk to the other team members on Monday about my issue. First thing Monday morning I was contacted and asked for the waybill (I did not send it as I was frustrated). That same day-in the afternoon-my package arrived. The board and artwork far exceeded my expectation at that affordable price point. I will be doing more business with the company as they did a great job and salvaged the situation expeditiously. Even the courier delivery guys were very friendly and informative. Special shout out to Shannon & Heidie.
