I ordered 2 items from the online platform from SAFFA TRADING on the 4th of December 2019, I paid in full which included the delivery (courier fees). On Friday the 6th of December 2019, Jonathan from the company promised me on that he will give me the tracking number on Monday the 9th of December 2019. It is already the 11th of December 2019, they are not responding to my emails and there are no telephone number to contact them. Is there a way to warn people that this is a scam, because by now, I should have received my items and at least an explanation.
