No internet connection and no Support
We at Renovaal Northern Freestate have been without an internet connection for 4 days now. When we call to log a ticket or complaint they put the phone down immediately! This is really unacceptable from such a big company. Nico van der Gryp

Worst service can't be found anywhere else ! Take for every to repair problems. False product marketing. Incompetent staff. Errors made by staff are made as if it's the client's fault. You get charged for a service that your not making use of any more and you haven't been a client anymore for two months. Overpriced. You pay for quality service but only receive a fraction what you're paying for. Pay for 15 mbps bit you'll get 0.3mbps and if you're lucky 1.5mbps.

12 ure sonder internet, Safricom, kan nie behoorlik kommunikeer nie
Ons is al 12 ure sonder internet. Safricom het ten spyte van vele tickets nog geen duidelike plan van hoe hulle dit gaan regstel, gekommunikeer nie.
