SA Gutters did an installation for me a year ago. I phoned David middle November after my house was flooded where SA Gutters did the installation. I had to call him 3 times, and phoned his office twice when I still did not get a response AND offered to pay them just to get him to commit to an appointment to assist with a workable solution to prevent further damage to my furniture and ceilings. After 5 calls I managed to make an appointment with David. David was extremely unprofessional, called me 30 minutes prior to our first appointment and cancelled, and rescheduled. He did not pitch for our second appointment, I had to phone him when I realised that he was not going to attend, and he merely informed me that he forgot. He cut the conversation short and said he could not speak to me at that stage as he was moving furniture. No apology, bad attitude, no remedial action...the poorest service and attitude I have ever encountered. Never use SA Gutters.
