Poor Service and Owner has a very bad attitude

I used SA Gutters before to install all my gutters and downpipes and the after service was very poor, it took me a lot of phone calls and weeks to get the snags/issues resolved. Recently (5 years later) I did further extensions to my house and regretably I called the very same company again, thinking to myself work with the devil you know as I believe in second chances, maybe it will be different this time. <br> After paying my 50% deposit, they changed the installation date to almost two months later and I had to make numerous calls to the owner Dawid before my installation was done. Its like I literally had to beg for an instalation that I paid for. <br> The installation was not done as per agreement (missing pipes etc), a month later and this company has not retuned to complete the work as agreed. As a result of the missing work and poor installation one of the downpipes is streaming water towards my ceiling and damaged it. In a state of emergency I called the owner Dawid at \5:50pm"and he was absolutely rude and did not have a care in world"
