SAICA POOR ADMIN.PORTAL SERVICES

SAICA debtor’s department is run very unprofessional, and I’ve been pursuing a refund from them for weeks now and or review my designation application to no avail and they do not respond to queries and case numbers. This organisation is quick to accept payment but won’t give you your money back, their members portal is completely useless, Expect better SLA protocols -I want to move to SAIT, and they now keep my money?

SAICA condone a member demanding that proof of payment be provided when that member repeatedly confirmed that they had received the payment

Unprofessional and slimey ******

SAICA debtor’s department is run by ****** and ****s. I’ve been pursuing a refund from them for weeks now and they do not respond to queries and case numbers. This organisation is quick to accept payment but won’t give you your money back, their members portal is completely useless, they rarely take calls and when they do they give you false information and promises. No wonder the profession has fallen into such disrepute if the organisation is run and administered by ******. This is completely unacceptable for a once reputable organisation. They are slow, and engage in delay tactics when it comes to getting your money back!

SAICA DISAPPOINTING NO SERVICE

1. SAICA does not have a complaint resolution procedure i.r.o. poor / no service. 2. SAICA does not respond to queries. 3. SAICA sends letters of reprimand for late submission of declarations, notwithstanding the fact that the submission was on time. 4. SAICA personnell does not return calls. 5. Correspondence to the CEO is ignored. Enough for now.

Exceptional assistance

I recently encountered an issue with my member portal whereby I couldn’t sign in and obtain invoices for membership fees. I grew quite frustrated as various cases had been opened and resolved without the actual problem being addressed. On Friday, 10 March, I had the privilege to again be helped by Kgotso. Whilst I was explaining that the issue had not been resolved he phoned the relevant IT department and explained to them that my issue had not been resolved yet. Today, Monday 13 March, my problem has finally been resolved all thanks to Kgotso and team. He ensured that he phoned me prior to closing the case to ensure that I am happy with the results and that my problem has been resolved. His kindness, patience and attitude really impressed me. Thank you Kgotso, you made life much easier.

SAICA IS PATHETIC

An ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC SERVICE WAS provided to me in my examination . The laptop provided to me wasn't even working properly, buttons were jamming, the software wasn't saving . It caused emotional and physical distress to me, this threw me off my concentration and caused a lot of anxiety during the examination. My mental health has been severely impacted by their lack of competency. Literally SAICA is supposed to be a bored of immaculate standards, yet they have failed me and every other dedicated student severely. They are a disgrace.
