Spiking at Saints Restaurant Sandton
I had one of the most disturbing experiences of my life at Saint. My drink was spiked at the bar, and when I tried to handle the situation responsibly, the management made it even worse. The next day, I went back and emailed the restaurant asking to see the footage so I could understand what happened. The manager insisted I needed a case number before they’d even consider helping. So I went to the police, opened a case, and returned — only to be told by the same manager that my situation “wasn’t serious” and that “people come here and get drunk all the time.” I explained the seriousness and trauma of being drugged in their establishment, but he couldn’t care less. He said it didn’t matter and that I’d have to “come back with the cops” if I wanted to view the footage. The complete lack of empathy, accountability, and basic human decency was shocking. What happened to me could happen to anyone. If this has happened to you, share your experience, these places need to be held accountable South Africa is in a National Crisis, crimes against woman are not taken seriously.

Poor management
Nothing has ever come out of this horrible experience at Saint.A bunch of excuses and lies only.Disguted with the way this situation was handled.Never will I darken this place doorsteps ever again 😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible behavior towards me
Really and truly absolutely with the service I received.Was treated worst than dog when entering.Will never ever recommend this place to any of my overseas clients and friends.Good riddance to bad *******.😡😡😡

Great food and vibes
The best food ive had in a while, Gary and all the boys are really good at what they doing, we had a great time this past weekend with Chris. We love Zioux, Saint and Pantry, great offering, thank you.

On the 18th November we had booked a table for a birthday dinner. It was 10 of us and one of our friends had natural hair but unfortunately she was denied entry. They said their policy they don't allow natural hair . This is a clear ************** . We decided to all live the place for an alternative. Stay away from this Restaurant.

Bad service from the manager and assistant.
So on the 19 December, I decided to take my niece to a birthday dinner at Saint “Sandton”. The restaurant is so beautiful and we received a warm welcome from Gugu who was our attendant. The worse happened when Marlton “the assistant manager” approached us about a complaint but the problem was he approached us unmannerly and he made us feel unpleasant. Honestly, after the drama, we had encountered. I wouldn't wanna go back there plus the manager didn't even try to resolve it. Wow, what a way to ruin my niece's birthday dinner...
